2 Person Quota

As i had said earlier in the week we are going to be implementing a recruitment quota.

Now what this is, well is very simple. Every member of the Alliance (leadership included) will be required to recruit at least 2 people every month.

Whats going to be happening is that people will need to start talking in their games for one, and second they will be choosing good players from whom they have talked to in games. Son long as they refer you, the you get the "Credit".

Now there is also another way to get around if you cant seem to get people to join. Get them (at least 4 people) to message either me or Yulius. Have them say they were referred, but will not be joining. Make sure they use your name. That is the other way to complete the quota.

I don't like this idea at all. This is just going to lead to the recruitment of standardized players and not the alliance we originally started. This isn't going to give you the active-on-the-site friendly tight knit alliance we've striven for.
